My son gave me that dvd to watch last night.
I had forgotten how good that movie was.
Kept my attention & all the conspiracy stuff really fit in well these days ;)

I loved when he goes to Tennessee to visit the old armorer
played by Levon Helm & he says something like....
When you think you know....You know you dont

Good flick & lotsa gun porn too

Yeah I liked it & had forgot like I said how good it was.
The 50 cal taking out the copter in the beginning was great

The movie Shooter is based on the book "Point of Impact" by Stephen Hunter. Hunter has various other books about Bob Lee "the Nailer" Swagger and his father, Earl. "Point of Impact' is the best IMO, and my favorite. But all are good entertaining reads.

Been sitting on this movie for some time now, this thread reminded me of it and I put it in last night. Awesome flick - I usually don't care for Marky Mark, but this was excellent.

LOL......... Ned played that part great eh?

I loved when the cohort was holding the girl with the shotgun tied to her neck yelling ....Ya got no shot.....Then pop..LOL

Also that liter bottle silencer on the 22 rifle...Lots of good little scenes in that flick. Like I said I forgot how good it was.
