.223/5.56

I saw a upper on gunbroker that mentioned it can use either cartridge, I thought both were interchangeable any as Ive used both in my bushmaster, something about a slightly larger chamber?

You can use .223 in a 556 chamber but not a 556 in a .223 chamber. Many chambers are designed for both.

Sometimes AR15 buyers will specify the .223 for heavy barrel target/varmint guns. Most are sold with chambers compatible with both but there are some minor variations among them.

For casual shooters? Yes.
