I bought some silver from them a few months ago. They estimated the silver would be minted and shipped by the end of November, and it came in in early January. I also didn't notice on their Website that you have to be there to sign for the package when it's delivered, which was a big problem for me because I had given them my home address for delivery, and I work during the day. I emailed them about it, and they called very promptly, were very friendly and polite, and told me that if the package was returned to them, they'd ship it to my workplace. Other than that, which was partially my fault for not paying attention to their shipping policy, their service was polite, I got a good price, and they eventually delivered (and I know a lot of places were running behind on silver orders this past fall).

I bought some palladium from them last year. Waited and called and listened to delay after delay. I don't wait long and threatened legal action and got my stuff drop shipped the next day with a Dillon-Guage return address. They led me to believe it was in stock when I ordered and several weeks later, by the time I got it, the price dropped $2000.
