that coin is bigger than an sae-- its 40 grams plus.

that is the biggest coin from the Hellenic era, the ten drachma coin of the Greek colony of Siracusa,in Sicilia.

Nice coin, but I think I like the "Owl of Athens" tetradrachms that AuNuggets posted about recently a little more. :D The owl is just too cool!

Seriously though, I was looking at getting one of those before I became a gold bug, but decided to do more due diligence before making such a purchase...then the bug bit. That owl became 3 Antelopes and a 37.5 gram gold bar instead.
