Maples

Hi guys,
just picked up a couple of maples today and was looking at them,quite different. One is 1986 and the other 1999. Both have the old bag on one side, although the newer one has an updated pic.On the newer one i notice the engraving is better, but on the 1999 one there is a little oval with "20 years ans" does anyone know what that is???

I believe that is referring to the 20th anniversary, I do believe those that are true to the Queen, would be upset by "the old bag"
